Dragon Slayer 2 is has two of the most difficult fights in all of OSRS' quests. If you're using a Rune Crossbow you can only use Ruby Bolts (e) for the procs. Ruby Dragon Bolts can only be used with crossbows above Rune. You can also replace the Ranging potion for a Bastion potion. It's much better than just the Range Pot. I hope I helped you guys with this guide! If you've taken on Vorkath, you should easily be able to tackle Galvek! mind the marked tiles for the simplest Vorkath kills Gear: RCB + Salve ei + EVoid, ruby bolts (e) equip w/diamond (e)s in inv Don't forget! Slayer staff set to autocast Crumble Undead, prayer pot, range pot, antifire, some sort of antipoison at a minimum Set quick prayers to Protect Range + Rigour/Eagle Eye Switch OFF run at the start of the fight Only take 1 sip of antipoison to heal from venom to regular poison

Video showing how I beat the Galvek fight in Dragon Slayer 2 in Old School Runescape (osrs) on a mid-low level ironman account with essentially minimum required gear. Fight starts at 0:45 and lasts until 8:48 (8 minute kill!). This was achieved with level 70 ranged. I gave the fight a few attempts with less than 70 ranged and it seemed impossible due to the constant damage Galvek would do through prayer. Of note, I used orange spices to boost smithing +3 for adamant bolts. The gear used is in total is worth 110k on the GE, 86k of which was the Bandos god coif. I had some experience killing Galvek on my main account, so I was fairly comfortable with the mechanics and special attacks. I'm happy to answer any questions viewers might have!

This is my first ever guide, and it was done on a quest that had only been out for a few hours. There was no guide at the time of this video, and the OSRS wiki had a couple of lines about the quest. This is the first guide to be made but took over 20 hours to record, edit, render and upload.

Just a quick one-take guide on killing Vorkath for Iron Accounts. I've gotten used to killing him now that I've done it over 50 times. That is by no means a large KC, but I find that it puts you in the "comfort zone" at the boss and you make far fewer mistakes. 🤍 Familiarize yourself with the different type of breath attacks Vorkath does. I used my own made up names for them and I forgot about the standard dragonfire breath one. I do have the Hard Kandarin Diary done for the increased bolt spec chance.
