The softest cinnamon rolls I ever made! Before they used to turn out so dry and crummy, but now I don't use any other recipe than this one! Printable RECIPE: 🤍 DOUGH (CLICK ABOVE LINK FOR METRIC MEASUREMENTS) 2½ cups all purpose flour ¼ cup sugar 2¼ teaspoons instant yeast ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup whole milk 3 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 egg ¼ cup water FILLING ¼ cup butter soft ⅓ cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon pinch salt CREAM CHEESE GLAZE 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature 2 tablespoons butter room temperature ¾ - 1 cup confectioner's sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla INSTRUCTIONS For the dough, combine in a large bowl the flour, sugar, instant yeast and salt. Heat milk in a small pot over the stove or in the microwave until quite warm. Add butter and stir until melted. Add vegetable oil and vanilla. Cool milk mixture to lukewarm if necessary. You should barely be able to feel it when you stick your finger in it. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add milk mixture. Add egg and water. Mix by hand or using stand mixer until the mixture forms a very soft, sticky dough. Knead 6-8 minutes using the dough hook attachment or by hand. Add 2-3 tablespoons of flour if the dough looks too much like a thick batter, but it should still be very sticky. If the dough is very dry and easy to handle, add more water to make it sticky. Knead until it feels very smooth. Cover well with plastic wrap and proof for 1½ - 2 hours or until doubled in bulk. While dough is rising, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl for the filling. Once the dough has proofed, roll out into a rectangle that measures 15x10 inches. Use a small amount of flour on your work surface to prevent sticking. Spread the soft butter over entire surface of the dough, then sprinkle on the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Starting from long edge closest to you, roll dough as tightly as you can. When you reach the end, pinch the seam very well to seal. Using a sharp knife or a piece of string, cut the roll into 8-12 buns. Arrange evenly in a buttered parchment lined 14 x 8 inch pan and cover with plastic. Allow to rise in a warm place for another 45-60 minutes or until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 375F/190C. Bake rolls for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked in the middles. Set aside to cool while making the frosting. For frosting, cream together cream cheese and butter until smooth. You can do this by hand or with an electric mixer. Slowly add the powdered sugar, a couple of tablespoons at a time, creaming well after each addition. Add vanilla and beat until smooth. Frost cinnamon rolls while they are still slightly warm but not too hot. The frosting should not melt. Serve immediately or keep well wrapped in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. AP FLOUR 100g or 1/2C. SUGAR 5g or 1.5 tsp INSTANT YEAST 8g or 1 3/4 TSP SALT 1g or 1/4tsp baking soda 115g or 1 stick BUTTER 225g or 1 C. PLAIN YOGURT 115g or 1/2C. MILK 1. In a small saucepan, combine milk and butter, heat until butter is melted, set aside to cool 2. Once butter/milk mixture is cooled a bit add in yogurt to coll further to about 100 degrees F 3. Into bowl of stand mixer combine ap flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and yeast. 4. Pour in wet ingredients and mix on low speed for 2-3 minutes, then on medium speed for 3 minutes, and finally high for an addition 1 minute. Dough should be shiny, well developed and pass the "windowpane" test. 5. Let rise in warm place until roughly doubled, about 90-120 minutes. 6. Shape Cinnamon rolls as shown in video. 7. Rise in fridge overnight, you can bake right away, they will be less risen and more filling will melt out. 8. 12-36 hours later, bake rolls at 350F tented with foil for 45 minutes 9. Remove foil and bake 15-20 minutes longer, frost immediately. FOR THE FILLING 115g or 1 stick BUTTER (softened) 150g or a full 1/2C. Brown sugar 20g or 2.5 tbsp CINNNAMON 1g or 1/4 tsp SALT 1. Whip with paddle attachennt in stand mixer, or with egg beater until well creamed and light brown, about 5-7 minutes. FOR THE FROSTING 115g or 3/4C. CREAM CHEESE (softened) 10g or 2 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT 140g or about 1 1/4C. POWDERED SUGAR the zest of 1/2 a lemon. 1. Whip with whisk attachment in stand mixer or with an egg beater until light and well creamed 3-4 minutes. Subscribe for more video recipes: 🤍 Ingredients Dough 1 ¼ (310 ml) cup 2% milk, just above body temperature (105 F) 2 ¼ tsp (1 pkg or 8 g) instant dry yeast ¼ cup (50 g) sugar 1 large egg at room temperature ¼ cup (60 g) unsalted butter, melted 3 ½ cup (525 g) all-purpose flour ¾ tsp (4 g) salt Goo ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter 1 cup (200 g) packed light brown sugar ½ cup (125 ml) maple syrup Filling & Assembly ⅔ cup (140 g) packed light brown sugar 1 Tbsp (10 g) ground cinnamon 3 Tbsp (45 g) unsalted butter, melted Directions Dough 1. For the dough, measure all the ingredients into a bowl and stir with a wooden spoon, or blend in a stand mixer fitted with the hook attachment until evenly combined. If mixing by hand, turn the dough out onto a work surface and knead until smooth, about 5 minutes, or if in a mixer, knead for about 3 minutes. Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size, 90 minutes to 2 hours. Goo 1. For the goo, add the butter, brown sugar and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until melted and the mixture is bubbling. Pour this into a greased 9-x-13-inch pan the prepared pan and set aside. Filling & Assembly 1. For the filling, stir the brown sugar and cinnamon together and set aside. Have the melted butter ready. 2. Turn the risen dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle about 18-x-12 inches. Brush the entire surface of the dough with the melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon brown sugar mixture. Roll up the dough from the longer side and then cut the roll into 12 pieces. Place these into the prepared pan, evenly spaced, cover with plastic wrap or tea towel and let rise for an hour. 3. Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C). Uncover the risen sticky buns and bake them for 40-45 minutes, until they are a rich golden brown. It is recommended to cool the sticky buns for 15 minutes in the pan before inverting to serve. 4. The sticky buns are best served the day they are baked. Tip: If you want to enjoy the sticky buns first thing in the morning, prepare the buns to the point of cutting the dough and putting them in the goo in the pan, then cover and place in the fridge overnight. Take the buns straight from the fridge and place in a cold oven. Set the temperature to 350 F (175 C) and bake for 45 minutes. By the time the oven gets to temperature, the buns will have raised the perfect amount. Don't be a maverick and make it 116. 2.5 teaspoons of instant yeast added to the milk 1 teaspoon of sugar added to the milk And rustle that around a bit, also known as agitation Wait around ten minutes for the yeast to foam up like a mad dog. If it doesn't foam your yeast is dead, just like your bedroom during the pandemic 2 tablespoons of just melted butter - add that in ¼ cup of sugar - add that in and wangjangle 1 large egg - warm it up in some water then crack it in and wangjangle 2.5 cups of flour - put it in a medium or large bowl 1 teaspoon salt - add that in and sift together Now you're going to add the dry stuff to the wet stuff. Move the wet stuff to a bigger bowl of necessary. Add small bits of flower and wangjangle until your whisk can no longer handle it, then use something more stiff. Eventually you'll have a gloopy ball of dough and then you can get enough flour in there so it's not too sticky and transfer it to a surface with some more flour. Keep adding flour until you have a nice ball of dough that's not extremely dry but also not sticky. I used a bit less than the amount of flour I mentioned, but feel it out. Knead that for 8 to ten minutes, and drop a few elbows and take out some of that pent up aggression, and pretend you're in a 'practical movement' class. Now put some oil or slippery chemical spray in a bowl and add the dough ball and put some of oil/spray on top, cover with cling wrap or a damp cloth and let it expand for an hour Roll it out into a big rectangle that's around ¼ inch thick, I went a bit thinner Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of cinnamon glue, aka softened butter, across the surface FILLING 1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon ⅔ cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Mix those together in a bowl, then sprinkle and smoothen all over the dough with your steam roller Roll the dough toward you until you struggle with your emotions then feel free to push it away from you Slice up the dough into 10 to 12 rolls using a wicked shawp knife or dental floss Spray a pan or put down some parchment paper (you can glue it with oil so it sticks) and place the rolls inside with a bit of space but not too much. I put too much space between mine...then should end up touching to help lock the moisture between them. Cover with cling wrap and let them expand for an hour to an hour and a half. Baste with some more butter as though you an artist who's work only becomes known when your brother's wife spends years curating exhibitions of your work after your death. Undoh's on 350 and they can go in for 20 minutes or maybe a bit less...I felt those were a bit overcooked. Keep an eye on it and take them out when you think they're done and about as soft or firm as you like FROSTING ¾ cup cream choose at room temp 4 tablespoons butter 1.5 cups of powdered sugar Mix the cream cheese and butter together first and then wangjanlge in the powdered sugar a bit at a time Oh yeah, then add a pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract if you feel like it. About 2 inches thick and place in a greased 9×13 baking pan ( or pan that with comfortable fit your rolls depending on your slices) * Cover the pan with a towel and allow the rolls to rise for 20 minutes or until nearly double. * Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. * Warm the heavy cream just enough that there is no chill a pour over the rolls in the pan. * Bake at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes, or until the rolls are lightly golden brown and the center rolls are cooked through * Spread the frosting over the slightly cooled rolls.

Den Teig in einer Schüssel kneten. Es ist sehr wichtig, Mehl hinzuzufügen, während der Teig ständig gerührt wird. Den Tisch gut mit Mehl bestäuben. Den Teig auf dem Tisch kneten. Der Teig sollte glatt und sehr weich sein. Schmieren Sie die Schüssel mit Pflanzenöl. Den Teig abdecken und 60 Minuten an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen. 1 EL Rohrzucker untermischen. Fügen Sie 2 Teelöffel Zimt hinzu. Gut mischen. Der Teig ist gut aufgegangen. Legen Sie den Teig auf den Tisch. Sprich mir nach. Den Teig mit einem Nudelholz ausrollen. Whip together the butter and eggs until combined. Slowly add the milk while the beater is on. 2. In a separate bowl add flour, salt, and sugar then stir them until combined. 3. Add yeast to the butter milk mixture. Mix. Slowly begin to add the flour. Get your hands in there and get messy. Tip: Dough too sticky? Add flour to the surfaces. To your hands. To everything. 4. Place your ball of dough into a completely dry, greased, bowl. Cover and leave to rise in a warm spot for 2 hours or until doubled in size. Tip: Leave another 1/3 C of butter to soften. The Filling: 1/3 C Softened Butter 1 Tsp Vanilla 1 1/2 C Brown Sugar 3 1/2 Tbs Cinnamon for dark cinnamon flavor. 2 Tbs for lighter. 1. Combine sugar with cinnamon. Set aside. 2. Combine vanilla and butter. FROSTING: 6 Tbs or 1/2 pack of soft Cream Cheese 1/4 C softened Butter. (Yes, more butter!) 1 Tsp Vanilla 1 1/2 C Powdered Sugar *make sure to add powder sugar gradually to avoid clumps 1. Combine. Construction: 1. Roll out your dough on a floured surface until it looks about right. c; 2. Brush the dough with your vanilla butter mixture until you've used it all up or painted all of the dough. 3. Smear the brown sugar-cinnamon mixture over your dough next. You can't really mess it up at this point. 4. Tightly and carefully roll your dough up into a tube. (It's okay if it comes out thinner on one side than the other) 5. Cut. 6. Grease a deep baking pan and pack your rolls inside. Bake at 400 F for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown. Drown them in your frosting while they're warm. Bam. Pow. Done.

Em uma tigela ou batedeira que possa sovar massas pesadas, adicione o açúcar, fermento, leite e o óleo e misture. 2. Acrescente a farinha e o sal e sove a massa por 10 minutos. Cubra com um pano e deixe a massa dobrar de volume (aproximadamente 2 horas). 3. Em uma tigela pequena, misture o óleo de coco (sólido) com o açúcar mascavo e a canela. Abra a massa bem fina com a ajuda de um rolo de massa e forme, um retângulo. 4. Passe o creme de canela por cima da massa, deixando as beiradas sem recheio. Enrole a massa formando um rocambole bem justo e corte o rocambole em partes iguais. 5. Transfira os rolinhos para uma assadeira untada e acomode na assadeira com um espaço de 1cm entre eles. Deixe crescer novamente por 1 hora. 5. Preaqueça o forno a 180°C e leve para assar por aproximadamente 20 minutos ou até que fiquem levemente dourados. 6. Quando esfriar, misture o açúcar de confeiteiro com o leite com uma colher para formar um glacê e cubra os rolinhos.

This is the only recipe you'll ever need. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ CLICK FOR RECIPE ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ _ PRINTABLE RECIPE: 🖨️ 🤍 🖨️ 🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴 ✅Ingredients Dough: • 1 cup warm milk • 1 tablespoon instant dry yeast • 2 tablespoons white granulated sugar • 1 teaspoon salt • 3 tablespoons salted butter, softened • 1 large egg • 3 cups all-purpose flour Filling: • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted • 1 cup brown sugar • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon Glaze: • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened • 1/4 cup salted butter, softened • 1 cup powdered sugar • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1-2 tablespoons milk ✅Instructions 1️⃣ 00:28 - In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm milk, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, and eggs. Add in flour. Using a dough hook, turn the mixer on to a low speed. 2️⃣ 02:00 - Once the flour starts to incorporate into the dough, increase the speed to a medium range. Add more flour as necessary so that the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. The dough mixture should be tacky, but not stick to your hands. It should be soft. Add more or less flour until the dough reaches the desired consistency. The amount of flour you add in bread making is always an approximation and you should go by feel. 3️⃣ 02:37 - Transfer the dough to a lightly greased mixing bowl. Cover with a towel and let rise until double in size, about 1 hour. 4️⃣ 03:21 - Lightly grease a baking sheet. Punch down the dough and roll into a 12 inch by 18 inch rectangle. 5️⃣ 03:43 - Brush the dough with 1/2 cup melted butter. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of the melted butter. Roll up tightly lengthwise so you have one long roll. Use plain dental floss or a sharp knife to cut the dough into 12 one-inch slices. 6️⃣ 04:53 - Place the slices onto a lightly 9x13 pan. Cover and let rise 30 to 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
